The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has affirmed the Judgement of the lower court on the forgery certificate against Governor Godwin Obaseki.
The three man panel in their unanimously judgment said that the All Progressives Congress and others failed to proved their allegation of forgery beyond reasonable doubt.
