
The Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal has declared Natasha Akpoti-Uduagan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) winner of the Kogi Central senatorial election, nullifying the victory of Sen. Abubakar Ohere.
The Tribunal Chairman, Justice K. A. Orjiako, on Wednesday, said the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) inflated results of Ohere, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, results in nine polling units while that of Natasha was reduced by the Electoral body.

Reading the unanimous judgement of the three-man panel, Orjiako declared Natasha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the poll, having polled 54,074 against Ohere (APC) who polled 51,291.
