A Sharia Court in Kaduna on Wednesday ordered a farmer, Suleiman Tukur to pay N19,000 and a bag of millet to his colleague, Yakubu Usman.
The Judge, Malam Salisu Abubakar-Turera gave the order after Usman prayed court the court to compel Tukur to pay him N19,000 and a bag of millet owed him.
Abubakar-Tureta ordered that the money must be paid by Jan. 31, 2022.

Abubakar-Tureta also ordered Tukur to pay Usman N7, 700, being the money he spent in filing the case.
On his part, Tukur had prayed the court to give him until January 2022 to pay the money.
