All may not be well with the All Progressives Congress in Edo State as one of the Youth leaders, Comrade Adams Ehigiamusor popularly called Shaba on Tuesday took on the candidate of the party in the last governorship election, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu describing him as a self-centered politician.

Shaba who lamented the way and manner Ize-Iyamu is trying to hijack the party in Edo State stressed that most of them have lost their personal properties because of the party.

“It is funny that this same man has forgotten how we brought him into the party, with all the resistance coming in from the government, only for him to come into an APC that was so strong and structured in the state and start imposing his loyalists on everywhere without minding the consequences.

“This same man is still holding on to the money meant for my union during the election, all my efforts to get the money during the period failed. That is one of my grievances against him, he believes he knows all.

“Pastor Osagie has forgotten that he has never won any elective position in Edo State, how can he be assuming a leadership position where we have former Governor, former Deputy Governors, and many others. I advised him to desist from this, otherwise, he will receive the punishment from God almighty.

“I want to also sound a serious warning to the national body of the APC to urgently call Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu to order, hence APC will be dead in Edo State.

” Can you imagine this same man that destroyed the party before he decamped to PDP, he got to PDP, he also started fighting Chief Dan Orbih just to assume a leadership position, now, if we have not repositioned the party, will it have been attractive for him to come back!?

Now, he is back to the party through the back door, taking a leadership position for his selfish reasons. Who does he think he is? You can not use us and dumped us like a dust bin, honestly, I will never be happy with Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu.

“I am sounding this warning as the party approaches congresses across the country, unless this self ambitious Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu is call to order, the party will witness parallel congresses in Edo State.”

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu when contacted through his media aide, John Mayaki, said he was not joining issues with Comrade Shaba.
