
An Ekiti State business mogul, Chief Dominic Omoro, has lauded the efforts of President Muhammadu Buhari in tackling insecurity in the country.
Omoro who is based in the United States, however appealed to the President not to rely solely on world’s superpowers, but also work with traditional rulers and groups in bringing insecurity to an end.

The business mogul who spoke at Oye – Ekiti said efforts of traditional rulers and local groups would help drive away insurgents and kidnappers who were killing Nigerians daily.
Omoro, an oil and gas businessman, said that neglect of Nigerian culture and tradition was responsible for kidnappings, insurgency and banditry.
He urged Buhari to localise the fight by working with groups that could offer relevant traditional remedies, while he applauded the assistance currently being sought from countries like USA and France
Omoro spoke with journalists in Oye Ekiti, Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti on Monday, shortly after he was conferred with the traditional Chieftaincy title of Oloni of Araromi Quarters of the town.
