Doctor says I have five years to live – Actress Kemi Afolabi

Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi has revealed that she has five years to live, according to her doctor.
Afolabi made the revelation during an interview with Chude Jideonwo.
Recall that the actress had announced to the public that she had been diagnosed with lupus, an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues.
Speaking during the interview, she said that she had lived up to one year after the doctor’s pronoucement.

Afolabi stated tearfully that she had paid N1.2m for treatment that did not work.
“My doctor said ‘Make sure you are with your loved ones. At least, you still have up to five years.’
“I have lupus. It’s not curable. You just have to take medications for the rest of your life,” she said.
