Edo State Deputy Governor, Comrade Philip Shaibu weekend said Hon Lawani Damian, the immediate past Commissioner for youths and Special Duties had proved beyond doubt that he is a good man who has the interest of his people at heart for displaying such effort towards Udaba Ekperi.
The Deputy Governor gave the accolade while inaugurating Ultra Modern Classrooms Built and furnished with modern facilities by Hon. Lawani Damian in his Community, Udaba.
Hon. Lawani, a former member of the Edo state House of Assembly built and donated the school to the Community through the Edo State Universal Basic Education Board.
Comrade Philip Shaibu urged the Ekperi people to always pray for Hon. Damian as their eye in Government.
“He must always be remembered in prayers by the community Elders so as to continue to bring the dividend of Democracy to the people.
The Deputy Governor further reassured the people at the event of his commitment towards fulfilling all the promises made during their electioneering campaign.
Barr Damian Lawani also received accolades from the Elders and Youths of Udaba Community for the school donation.

The Headmaster of Udaba Primary School praised Hon Damian Lawani’s resolve to better the lives of his people by purposefully improving the learning environment of the Children through his selfless intervention.
Barr. Damian Lawani said the project was a promise he made to God and he is happy that it has been fulfilled, adding that the project is one that will transform the lives of the children.
“I strongly believe that quality education is imperative to reducing barriers to skills development, improving school enrolment, reducing the number of out of school, building a culture of peace and helping to shape the sustainable future of Etsako Central Children.
“This block of classroom with furniture will help to improve the learning conditions of the pupils and teachers.
He appreciated Comrade Philip Shaibu immense contribution immensely to his development right from his school days.
