Edo High Court nullifies APC candidacy in governorship poll

The Edo State High Court has held that the APC Deputy-Governorship Aspirant, Audu Ganiyu Abudu presented false information to INEC in his Form EC9.

The Court therefore nullified the Candidacy of Governorship and Deputy-Governorship Candidates of the APC at the September 19th, 2020
