Edo PDP congratulates new BoT chair, Ohuabunwa

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State has extended a warm congratulatory message to the newly reconstituted Board of Trustees (BOT) of the party, led by Senator Mao Ohuabunwa.
In a press release signed on Friday by Bob-Manuel Umoru, Publicity Secretary of the Edo State PDP, the party expressed its unwavering support for the new BOT leadership and pledged to work closely with them to advance the party’s interests.
The Edo State PDP described the BOT as the beacon of wisdom, guidance, and stability within the party, emphasizing the crucial role the Board plays in shaping the party’s direction and ensuring its continued relevance in Nigerian politics. The party noted that the new BOT leadership, under the stewardship of Senator Ohuabunwa, has a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the party and the country.
The party also expressed its commitment to supporting the current National Working Committee, led by Alhaji Abdulrahman Mohammed, as it embarks on a journey of reconciliation, rebuilding, and repositioning. According to the Edo State PDP, this effort is crucial to the party’s success in future elections and its ability to serve the Nigerian people effectively.
The Edo State PDP urged the new BOT leadership to bring its wealth of experience, integrity, and patriotism to bear in steering the party’s moral and ideological compass.
