A female medical doctor identified as Vwaere Diaso has lost her life after an elevator collapsed in a General hospital in Lagos state
The tragic incident happened after the elevator collapsed from the 10th floor of the building.
According to reports, Vwaere was a medical doctor from Babcock University carrying out her compulsory housemanship at the general hospital.

The deceased, who had just two weeks to complete her housemanship, died going to get food from a dispatch rider.
It was gathered that her death was due to negligence by the management of the hospital who left the elevator , which had been faulty for over 3 years, unattended despite numerous complaints.
The news of her death has sparked reactions from Nigerians, with many calling for justice to be served.
