EndSARS: Ogun Judicial Panel Winds-Up, Receives105 Petitions

As the Ogun State Judicial Panel on police brutality and human right abuses wound up its sitting, it said it had received a total of 105 petitions
Chairman of the panel, Justice Solomon Olugbemi, disclosed this while interacting with journalists in Abeokuta, the state capital.
He also revealed that the panel had during its sitting, which spanned six weeks treated 19 out of the 105 petitions received.
The chairman who assured that the panel would be fair to all parties added that it would also not witch-hunt.
One of the petitioners, Mrs. Fatimah Elegbede, who alleged that operatives of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squard (SARS) killed her husband, expressed optimism that she would at the end of the day receive justice.
