Two men have been apprehended in Lagos for allegedly producing and selling fake beverages.
The suspects, identified as Imo Lawrence and Magnus Nwonka, were arrested by officers from the Ojo Division of the Lagos State Police Command.
According to a statement released by the police, they were caught in possession of a significant quantity of counterfeit drinks.
“In the course of investigation, the suspects led detectives to their inconspicuous, multi-room ‘factory,’”
This is coming days after another fake wine factory was raided in Anambra State.
