Popular market in the Lagos Island area of the state , Balogun market was on Tuesday gutted by fire.
The fire engulfed the top floor of a five-story building within the the market.
Although the cause of the fire is unknown at the time of filling this report.
However, operatives of the Lagos fire and rescue service are at the scene of the event to curb the spread of the fire.
