Justify Confidence Reposed in You – Abiodun Tells ex-NUJ President, Odusile, Arigbabu

Ogun State governor, Dapo Abiodun has formally inaugurated former president, Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ),  Waheed Odusile as Commissioner for Information & Strategy charging him to continue justifying confidence reposed in him.

The governor who also inaugurated Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu as commissioner in the Ministry of Education & Technology appealed to the two new cabinet members to see their appointments as call to service.

He also described the appointments as round pegs in round holes given  their impeccable professional administrative and academic pedigree.

While charging the duo to come up with innovative and resourceful approaches for the management of human resources within the public service, Abiodun also urged them to serve the people as well as ride above situations and challenges.

‘’You must ensure that your various ministries come up with innovative and resource approaches for the management of human resources within the public service in order to ensure a successful implementation of our  Building the Future Together agenda and all the programmes of development of our dear state.

’You must also support the initiatives that will further strengthen the position of government among the comity of states in the federation’’ the governor stated.

The commissioners, while thanking the governor for finding them worthy of the appointments, pledged their unalloyed service for the state and the people.
