President Muhammadu Buhari has charged the Super Eagles to go all out for victory when they take on the Black Stars of Ghana in tomorrow’s first leg of their 2022 FIFA World Cup play-off at the Babayara Stadium in Kumasi.
Super Eagles’ Media officer, Babafemi Raji, who disclosed this yesterday in Abuja, said the spirit in camp of the team has been very high as all the 25 players invited for the game are working very hard in training and looking forward to making the country proud at the end of the match on Friday.
Raji also noted that the Sports Minister, Sunday Dare paid a visit to the Super Eagles training session in Abuja, where he also urged the players to give their all and ensure that the country qualifies for their seventh FIFA World Cup finals in Qatar.

“Yes, all the 25 invited players are in camp and had a full training session this morning(Wednesday) and I can tell you that the spirit in the camp is very high. The training session has been very competitive with every player working very hard to win a place in the starting X1.
“This match is very important and I can tell you that President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a message to the players, urging them to go for victory and ensure that Nigeria qualifies for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Also, the Sports minister was at the team’s training Wednesday morning to ginger the players to be at their best in Kumasi as Nigerians are solidly behind them,” he said.
