Gov. Bello Matawalle of Zamfara has assigned portfolios to six newly sworn-in commissioners in the state, a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Kabiru Balarabe announced.

The statement, made available to newsmen in Gusau, on Monday, said the governor had approved the posting
of the newly appointed commissioners as follows: Ibrahim Magaji Dosara Ministry of Information; Barr. Junaidu Aminu, Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice; Sufyan Bashir Yuguda, Ministry of Finance.

Abubakar S/Pawa Dambo was posted to the Ministry for Local Government Affairs; Rabiu Garba, Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning; while Yazid Shehu Umar Danfulani heads the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, according to the statement.

Meanwhile, the Governor has also approved the appointment of Dr. Bashir Muhammed Maru, as the Executive Chairman of, Hospital Services Management Board.
