Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has approved the immediate appointment of Alhaji Abubakar Usman as the chairman of, Bauchi State Civil Service Commission.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Governor’s media aide, Mukhtar Gidado, and made available to newsmen in Bauchi.
According to the statement, Usman was a one-time Permanent Secretary Establishment Department Office of the State Head of Civil Service, who retired as Clerk of the state Assembly.
Usman whose appointment takes immediate effect hails from the Bauchi Local Government Area of the state.
“His Excellency, Senator Bala A. Mohammed, CON, Fnipr, (Kauran Bauchi) the Executive Governor of Bauchi State has approved the appointment of Alh. Abubakar Usman as the Chairman, Bauchi State Civil Service Commission.

The appointment was sequel to his confirmation by the Bauchi State House of Assembly pursuant to section 192(2) and 198 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended).
Alh. Abubakar Usman hails from the Bauchi Local Government Area of Bauchi State. A one-time Permanent Secretary Establishment Department Office of the State Head of Civil Service and retired as Clerk of the Bauchi State House of Assembly.
