Gov. Yahaya mourns MD Musaba hospital, Dr. Pela, leads cabinet members to funeral prayer 

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has expressed condolence to the family of the late Medical Director of Musaba Hospital, Dr. Babayo Pela who died yesterday after a protracted illness.  
As part of  sympathy to the late Medical doctor, the Governor led cabinet members of state, including the Deputy Governor, Dr. Manassah Daniel Jatau, Secretary to the State Government,  Chief of Staff and Head of Service as well as other aides to the funeral prayers
The funeral prayer was held at the Bubayero Central Mosque, Emir’s palace,  Gombe with the Chief Imam, Malam Mohammed Umar Pindiga, leading the prayers with hundreds of sympathizers, including the Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III in attendance
 In a condolence message, Governor Inuwa Yahaya described the late Dan Iyan Gombe as a selfless medical practitioner and community leader who lived a humble life and spent a greater part of his life-saving life and offering support to the vulnerable and less privileged people who throng his hospital daily for medical attention.

  Describing Dr. Pela’s death as a personal loss, Governor Yahaya consoled the bereaved to take solace, not only in the fact that all living souls must taste death, but also that the deceased had lived a life of service to God and humanity and left behind a legacy of honor and dignity.
Governor Yahaya extended the condolences of the Government and people of Gombe state to the bereaved family, the staff and management of  Musaba Hospital, and the Nigerian Medical Association as well as the Gombe Emirate where the deceased served as a council member until his demise.
He prayed Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljannat Firdaus.
