Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike on Monday paid a visit to the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Kaduna Governor, Ahmed Markafi.
Speaking during the visit, Governor Wike expressed sadness over the current state of the country.
He stated further that the country was bleeding, adding that Nigerians would be disappointed if the PDP did not ” reunite to rescue the country and chart a new way forward.”

Also speaking , Makarfi expressed appreciation to Governor Wike for the visit alongside other PDP stalwarts.
The former Governor also commended Wike for his contribution towards the successful conduct of the the Partys’ nation convention.
