How Wizkid stole my lyrics – Oladips

Rapper Oladips has called out Grammy-winning singer, Wizkid for allegedly stealing the lyrics of one of his songs.

Oladips claimed Wizkid sampled parts of his song “Ajala Travel remix” in his recent collaboration with Asake, “MMS”.

To back his claim, the rapper, in an Instagram post, shared screenshots of the lyrics from the two songs.

Responding to Oladips’ allegation, a fan told him that sampling was “normal” but he insisted that it’s only when authorised.

He wrote, “It’s normal if you acknowledge the source! No be say dem go dey pretend like say dem no know you but come dey bite your lyrics for corner.”

Wizkid is yet to react to the allegations.
