The 2023 presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, has told controversial lawyer, Ifunanya Excel Grant, known as ‘Baddest Lawyer’, to ignore the “hypocritical NBA leaders” and be herself.
Ifunanya came under fire recently for her controversial lifestyle on social media forcing the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) to petition the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee with allegations of misconduct against her.

However, on Friday, Sowore, via his X handle, drummed support for ‘baddest lawyer’, saying, “Dear Ifunaya Baddest lawyer: Even if you’re a practicing lawyer, it is nobody’s business how you choose to express yourself.
“The real lawyers that needs to be investigated and derobed are those helping with the dispensation of injustice.
“I totally support your right to be yourself! Don’t mind the hypocritical NBA leaders. Continue to remain your Baddest self!”
