Founder of Elizade Motors, Elizade University, Chief Michael Ade-Ojo has denied that he sold the land of the Ikoyi collapsed building to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
Ade-Ojo issued the denial in reaction to an online publication that alleged that he sold the land to Osinbajo, shortly after the latter became VP.
In a statement personally signed by him, Ade-Ojo said that he did not own nor hold any title to the land.

The business mogul described the publication as an outright falsehood and said he has never sold any land to VP Osinbajo at “anytime whatsoever.”
He, however, clarified that he owned a property next to the collapsed building, adding that he had not sold it nor had the intention to sell it to anyone.
