It was a dark day in Agdama community in Uwheru Kingdom, Uhelli North council area of Delta State when a dynamite blast claimed the life of the chairman of the community,
There has not been further information about the blast but it is reported that only the chairman lost his life to the explosion. He was napping in his house when the incident occurred, and other occupants of the building only sustained bodily injuries.
No one has been tied to the incident, though DSP Onome Onowakpoyeya, spokesman of the Delta State Police Command, assured that investigation is ongoing and all perpetrators would be brought to book.
