The All Progressives Congress (APC) has condemned the comments by one of its presidential aspirants, Bola Tinubu on President Muhammadu Buhari.
National Chairman of the Party, Abdullahi Adamu described the comments as unacceptable and stated that Tinubu may be punished for the the outburst.

ThisNigeria reported that Tinubu, while speaking with APC delegates in Ogun State ahead of the party presidential primary, said that Buhari’s victory at the 2015 election would have been impossible without his influence.
However, the BAT campaign organisation, in a statement issued on Friday, said that the comments by the national leader of the party were “mischievously interpreted.”
