Following the visit of renowned Islamic scholars under the auspices of the Coalition of Ulama and Islamic Organisations, Sheikh Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa will soon resume his routine official engagements as the commander-general of Kano State Hisbah Board.
A statement issued by the spokesperson to the governor, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, said Daurawa visited the governor in the company of a delegation led by Dr Musa Borodo, and other notable Islamic scholars that include Dr. Sa’idu Ahmad Dukawa, Sheikh Abdulwahab Abdallah, Prof. Salisu, among others.

The meeting lasted for one hour with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf; his deputy, Aminu Gwarzo, Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Jibrin Falgore, Secretary to State Government, Abdullahi Bichi, and the Chief of Staff, Shehu Wada Sagagi, in attendance.
Briefing the Government House Press Crew, Dukawa said Daurawa will today resume his responsibilities at the Hisba Board.
