The director of Zamfara State Ministry of Finance, Malam Sabiu alongside his family has been abducted.
Sabiu and his family were abducted by some armed bandits at their residence in Damba Housing Estate, Gasau, Zamfara.
According to reports, the bandits invaded the estate and abducted Sabiu, his wife, and two children on Tuesday, January 9th.
His wife was however released due to health complications.
