Police in Ikare Akoko, Ondo State have rescued seven commercial bus passengers coming from Gombe state.
According to the Area Commander of Police, Ikare-Akoko, ACP Muri Agboola, the kidnappers waylaid the travelers between Ayere and Akunu-Akoko.
He said the case was immediately reported to Police in Ikare-Akoko and they swung into action by combing the forests around the blackspots of the road which later yielded fruitful results

The victims were full of joy after regaining their freedom from the den of kidnappers who usually terrorize the travelers on that axis.
The police assured people of their safety all the time as nemesis will catch the culprits.
