Success Tiyu International, a sports consultancy firm in North Central Nigeria in conjunction with Kogi State Footbàll Association will be honouring Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello and the deputy Governor Edo State, Comrade Philip Shaibu for their youth friendliness and contributions to the growth of sports at the maiden edition of the Nigeria football legendary sports award scheduled to hold on the 24th July 2021 at Green minds Hotel, Utako, Abuja at 10 am.

Speaking to Sports Journalists in Abuja on Thursday, the Director of the sports firm, Abubakar Musa who also is an ex-international, stressed that this is the first of its kind in the country since independence.
Yahaya Bello has been nominated to be honoured as the” Youth trendsetter of the century”.

He said this is due to his youth friendliness and as a runner of Nigeria youths in the forthcoming 2023presidential election and knowing quite true that sports are associated with youthfulness, while the Deputy Governor of Edo state will be honoured with “As the best sporting Deputy Governor in Nigeria 2021.

The event will also embrace other awards to those that have served the country at one international tournament or the other like the 1983 flying eagles set that first qualified Nigeria for a FIFA organised tournament.
