More revelations are coming to the fore after the attack on Kuje Medium Correctional Centre.
As the FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello and the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola visited separately, more issues are coming to the fore.
It was observed that the Correctional facility has no surveillance cameras like any other modern correctional facility.
This issue was first pointed out in an earlier jailbreak when the then Chief of Army Staff Abdulrahman Danbazau said it was being worked on years ago.
It was also observed that some important inmates like Chief Joshua Dariye, former governor of Plateau State had been granted state a pardon but are yet to be released and others have not been seen at the time of fielding this story.
Officially, one Correctional facility officer was confirmed dead. However, three Correctional officers were said to have lost their lives in the attack, while some inmates were also said to have died too.

Controller General of Nigeria Correctional Centre, Haliru Nababa said all Boko Haram inmates have escaped from the facility.
The FCT Minister during his visit charged the Gomo of Kuje, the paramount ruler of the area council to search out all new faces in the community and report to security agencies.
The minister was however miffed with what he saw in the Correction.
