Is no longer a tea party for Prince Uche Secondus led the National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party as the crisis is gradually consuming the leadership.
The crisis which started few months ago with Prince Kassim Afegbua asking Prince Uche Secondus to resign over alleged embezzlement of the party funds has on Tuesday led to seven deputy national officers of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) resigned in protest against what they called “poor leadership”
Though they promised to remain committed to the PDP but will not be able to work with the Uche Secondus led national working committee (NWC).
Deputy national financial secretary, the deputy legal adviser, the deputy national auditor, the deputy national publicity secretary, the deputy women leader, and the deputy organizing secretary are among those that resigned.

At the time of filing this story, every person at the party secretariat is wearing a moody face as the reason given for their resignation is lack of financial transparency in the leadership.
