An Anambra indigene, Somadina Orji has allegedly killed his mother and sister, Mrs Charity Orji and Miss Uwakama Orji in Enugu State over a disagreement.
According to reports, the incident happened after Somadina attempted to assault his younger brother, prompting their mother to intervene and demand he leave the house.
It was reported that Somadina, allegedly under the influence of drugs, killed his mother and sister on December 4th, 2023, and buried them in a shallow grave in their backyard.
The alarm was raised when Somadina’s younger brother returned home and couldn’t find his mother.
It was gathered that the villagers intervened and after questioning Somadina, he confessed to the murders.
A video sighted by ThisNigeria, showed Somadina unearthing his mother’s body from the shallow grave, with blood dripping her ear.
The matter is currently being investigated by the state police command following the arrest of the suspect.
