Mohbad’s father refusing to bury him, mother alleges

Mrs Aloba, the mother of the late singer, Mohbad, has alleged that the singer’s father is refusing to bury him after his corpse had been released by the police.

In an emotional video posted on Tuesday, she called on Nigerians to help plead with Mohbad’s dad to let his body be buried.

According to her, all efforts to get him to bury the son have fallen on deaf ears.

She said, “Mohbad’s remains have been released long before now after the autopsy was completed but his dad did not allow his remains to be buried up till now.

“I have pleaded with him but he did not listen to me.

“I went to meet the commissioner of police last week and they confirmed to me that Mohbad’s corpse has been released for a while.

“Since then I’ve kept quiet on the matter despite his father making all sorts of videos regarding this issue.”

“At this point, I come to you all for help to bury the remains of my son and lay him to rest.”
