Telecommunications giant,MTN has resumed operations nationwide following a shutdown on Tuesday.
Recall that the telecommunications company had announced its closure in response to widespread customer protests and vandalism resulting from the disconnection of subscribers who hadn’t linked their SIM cards to their National Identification Numbers.
However, MTN on Wednesday announced its return on X (formerly Twitter), stating that their physical stores would be open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The statement reads “Y’ello customer, please be informed that our shops nationwide will be open today, July 31, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. We remain available 24/7 to support you through our digital channels,”
