The Chief Executive Officer of Rangers International Football Club Enugu, ex- international Prince Davidson Owumi is on his way to replacing Chief Nduka Irabor as the CEO of the League Management Company.
The coming of Owumi may have some resistance from the likes of Shehu Dikko and some club owners because the highly experienced former league manager knows the secret of the game.
Since the exit of Irabor who voluntarily retired from the position to concentrate on his private business and give younger minds opportunity to serve the nation leaving the Kaduna- born and second vice -president of the NFF, Mallam Shehu Dikko at the middle of the task
Going by the financial situation of the league management board and its inability to secure a juicy sponsorship to air the league to the world, the CEO of Rangers International FC Enugu, Owumi might likely turn the tide around and abate the blame from the Dikko administration.
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Professional Football League will finally start on 27th of December, 2020 after a series of postponement.
