R21 malaria vaccine gets NAFDAC approval
NAFDAC Director General, Professor Mojisola Adeyeye, Stated that the vaccine is an Adjuvanted protein vaccine presented as a sterile solution.
She added that the vaccine is for the prevention of clinical malaria in children between 5 months to 3 years.

Chinese Yuan weakens to 6.8679 against dollar
The central parity rate of the Chinese currency renminbi, or the yuan, weakened 73 pips to 6.8679 against the dollar on Monday, according to the China Foreign Exchange Trade System.
In China’s spot foreign exchange market, the yuan is allowed to rise or fall by two per cent from the central parity rate each trading day.
