Nigerian transgender, Jay Boogie denies scamming Nigerians, tenders apology

Popular Nigerian transgender, Daniel Anthony Nsikan, also known as Jay Boogie, has addressed allegations of fraud and clarified reports about his health.
In a video interview sighted by ThisNigeria, Jay Boogie denied scamming Nigerians and apologized for any misunderstanding.
He said, “I’m sorry, I never scammed Nigerians, I never fraud Nigerians, It was all fake news.
“I can go around and say because I just wanted to get well and come out and claim my name and I’m sorry if anyone felt that way.
“I’m not that kind of person, if not for you guys, I wouldn’t be alive today.
“Thank you for the donations and may the good lord bless you.
“Yes, I’ve been receiving death threats and the bullying online was too much.
“I never scammed Nigerians because I already posted that this was what happened because I needed help.
“That was why I reached out and Dr. Lovett reached out and they wanted to help.
“I noticed that there was something fishy somewhere, so I had to cut off the communications because people that came to the hospital, came to take me pictures.
“Ever since then I was chased up from the hospital because of the drama because the hospital was trying to protect their names and all that,” he said.
