The Nigeria Police has recovered a RAV4 Jeep which was snatched from its owner few days ago at Asoro Hill in Benin city, Edo state.
The car was recovered by men of the force at Abuja, Federal capital, from 3 suspects, one of whom is believed to be an escapee from the Oko correctional center in Benin city.
Sources say after the car was snatched the suspects forced the victim in to the car and collected her Bank ATM Card.
They later drove in the stolen car to a bank and withdrew the sum of One Hundred And Fifty Thousand Naira from her bank account.
Meanwhile the owner of the car is said to have gone for identification with Police authorities, over the recovered car which will be handed over to her soon.
