The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has reacted to the news of an increase in the price of Premium Motor Spirit, also known as petrol.
The Corporation, in a tweet on Friday, insisted that there was no increase in the ex-depot price of petrol.
““#NNPC Insists No Increase in Ex-Depot Price of PMS in March,” the tweet read.
The Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency had released a new template which states that petrol is expected to sell at a lower retail price of N209.61 and at an upper retail price of N212.61.
