‘No mercy for defamers’, Portable declares

Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has vowed not to overlook any case of defamation against him henceforth.
The street singer, who was recently released from prison over the alleged criminal defamation of veteran fuji musician Akorede Saheed, aka Saheed Osupa said this in a video he posted online.
Portable threatened to arrest anyone found defaming him, warning that he would no longer have mercy on anyone.
The Zazu crooner said, “Whoever talks bad about me or defames me will be arrested. They have done it to me, and I will do it to anybody too. There is no mercy.”
Recall that Portable was remanded at the Oke Kura Correctional Centre in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, after failing to meet stringent bail conditions imposed by an Upper Area Court in the state.
However, he was later released on bail following the withdrawal of the petition against him by Saheed Osupa
