A convoy belonging to Adams Oshiomole was involved in an accident at Oluku junction along Benin-Lagos highway. The convoy was part of the gubernatorial campaign team to Usen, Ovia South-west LGA.
The accident occurred when a trailer rammed into one of the cars. It is reported that two policemen died immediately, though the number of casualties has not been confirmed yet.
Oshiomole, who was part of the convoy, did not sustain any injuries.
The police have been involved in investigating the matter as it has been reported to the Ekiadolor police station.
