Korra Obidi calls out ex-husband for failing to pay child support

Dancer Korra Obidi has called out her ex-husband, Justin Dean, for failing to pay his share of their children’s school fees.

She stated that Dean has also not contributed to their healthcare, food or other expenses.

Obidi revealed that she has been paying for their daughter June’s school fees since July after Dean stopped paying without informing her.

She received an email from the school threatening to expel June due to unpaid fees.

Obidi emphasized that she is not asking for Dean’s alimony or child support but simply for him to fulfil his obligation to pay 50% of their children’s expenses.

She expressed her frustration at having to cover the entire cost while Dean could afford to pay a lawyer.

In the video, Obidi said:

“Healthcare, nothing, Food, nothing Upkeep, nothing, I’m asking for nothing.

“All I’m asking for is for you to pay your half because all on me is too much, e go choke and Athena is almost joining.

“Come to LA, Where I’m living, come here, come and look for free public.

“The one I wanted to go for, the language integration one, where they will teach her all sorts of language, do you know how much it is per month? but now, I’m the only one paying.

“If you want anything free, you have to wait until they are four years old, their first three years of life, where their sponge is soaking up everything.

“How will I now come, in 2023 with all the knowledge I have about early childhood education and wait for my child to lose years of her life because I’m waiting for preschool?

“I’m not gonna wait for my children to be 4 years old before they’re educated, I was educated at 2 years old,

“I will never come here without facts. Everything I’m saying to you guys is the gospel truth, nothing but the truth.

“If you have money for a lawyer why can’t you just pay $850 for your child? That’s what they call misplaced priority in life, I know all my priorities in life.

“You can drag me, you can say anything you want, whatever you like you can say it’s I’m ready to be dragged.

“If you think anything I’m saying is not factual, please just do a little bit of research, I will never come here without fact, everything I’m saying is the gospel truth, nothing but the truth.

“I have been paying for June school fees from July, so I’m not lying to you. The school sent an email that they were gonna expel June from school, so I told them to send me all the bills that he hadn’t paid and I paid everything.

“Moving forward from there, I started to pay in full, from the middle of the year till the end of the year, still, he has never paid.

“I have receipts of the payment, you know me, I’m the queen of receipts.”
