Media aide to the Vice President, Laolu Akande has debunked reports that his principal, Professor Yemi Osinbajo was involved in car accident on his way to Ondo state.
Akande debunked the report via Twitter on Monday.
An online publication had reported that Osinbajo was involved in a ghastly accident on his way to pay a condolence visit to the families of the victims of Owo carnage which occured on Sunday, June 5th.

Clearing the air, Akande tweeted: “On his way to the airport this morning, VP came across a road traffic accident, stopped to lend assistance, & ensured victim was taken to the hospital with VP’s convoy ambulance.
“He then proceeded on his trip and is now in Ondo State heading to site of yesterday’s attack in Owo.”
