The Osun Election Tribunal sitting in Osogbo, led by Justice Tetsea Kume, will on Friday delivered Judgement in the petition filed by the former governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola against Governor Ademola Adeleke.
The tribunal had notified all the stakeholders involving in the petition of the judgement date.

At the last sitting, the Tribunal admitted the written addresses of the parties involved in the litigation, after the counsel for All Progressives Congress, APC, Adegboyega Oyetola, and those of Senator Ademola Adeleke, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, argued and adopted their final written addresses before the Tribunal.
Anxiety is now mounting in Osun state on the likely verdict of the Tribunal.
However, observers are of the opinion that there is still more engagements at the Appeal and Apex Court that will be the final arbiter on the post 2022 governorship election rigmarole.
