Parliamentary Staff of the National Assembly have been urged to uphold their oath of office in ensuring productivity and creating a new image for the national assembly

Clerk to the National Assembly, Architect Ojo Amos gave the admonition at a fitness walk-out in Abuja weekend in celebration of his one year in office

The event which is titled, ” Freedom walk into a rebranded bureaucracy in the National Assembly Service” had both management and junior staff taking part in the fitness exercise

Ojo said it was significant that workers do their beat by coming to work regularly and contributing their quota according to their work schedule, noting that the collective efforts of everyone will increase Productivity and give the National Assembly a new branding

He noted that the management led by him will continue to provide welfare to the workers but they must reciprocate such gesture by upholding the oath of office and applying themselves to their various schedules of work
