In order to have a rancor-free National Executive Council meeting on Thursday, Governors under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party Wednesday evening met with different stakeholders of the party.
The meeting according to an insider said the discussion was focused on the various interest as the party prepares for the National convention in October.
The meeting held at the Akwa Ibom Government House Lodge was segmented into three-part which started at 3:25 pm with the thirteen PDP Governors in attendance.

The Governors also met with the Anambra State Governorship campaign council.
As the time of filing this report at 9 pm Wednesday, the Governors are still meeting.
