The newly-elected National Executive Committee members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will on Tuesday and Wednesday converge in Abuja for a retreat that will help prepare them ahead of the December 9th, 2021 formal take over of their various offices.
National Secretary-Elect, Senator Samuel Anyanwu in a statement, announced that the retreat titled “Rescue and Rebuild Nigeria,” will hold in Abuja on the 23rd and 24th November 2021.

The statement said that those invited are; “All members of National Executive Committee; all members of Board of Trustees (BOT), all PDP state party chairmen; all PDP National Assembly members; all PDP Speakers and members Of State Houses of Assembly; all PDP local government area chairmen; all members of the newly elected National Working Committee.
The retreat is also expected to chart a new way forward for the party with their new slogan “Rescue Nigeria”.
