Nigerian singer and activist, Seun Kuti has reacted to the order given Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba, to arrest him for assaulting a police officer.
ThisNigeria reports that Seun was captured on camera slapping a police officer in Lagos.
Defending his action, the singer alleged that the policeman tried to kill him and his family.

Reacting to the video, the IGP ordered the immediate arrest of Kuti and also directed a full and speedy investigation into the incident.
Responding to the IGP’s order, Seun Kuti took to his Instagram page and assured that he would give his full cooperation into the investigation of the incident.
“I welcome the investigation and will give my full cooperation. I also pray to the IG that whoever is wrong should be indicted,” he wrote.
