A photo showing a Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District in the Red Chamber of the National Assembly, Senator James Manager, kneeling before former governor, James Ibori, has gone viral.
The 61-year-old Manager appeared to be begging Ibori while three other men watched.
Ibori, who is an ex-convict, was jailed in the United Kingdom for money laundering.
