Plateau South Senatorial By-Election: APC Candidate Prof Daduut Confident Of Victory

Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Plateau South senatorial by-election, Prof. Nora Dadu’ut, has she that she is confident of winning the election slated for December 5th 2020 .
“The APC-led administration at all levels in the country will continue to address the yearnings and aspirations of Nigerians by ensuring good governance. “We will ensure provision of potable water, electricity, health care services, and enhance support to agriculture, security, education among others, if elected, “she added
Daduut told Newsmen in Jos, on Thursday, that she had confidence that God, her party, the APC and the electorate would ensure her victory in the poll.
She also vowed to sponsor bills and contribute to legislation that will benefit her constituents, strengthen democracy and add value to governance if elected .
She also said that the support she has been receiving from the people of the zone has been massive , we have been receiving decampees to the party , the people of the zone have pledged to stand by us .
“Also the unity and solidarity we see in this party will bring us success; so, I have that confidence and I thank God,” she said.
The professor of French also promised to provide qualitative representation for the benefit of her constituents, if elected senator in the forthcoming poll.
The University Don further said that the zone stands to gain a lot by electing her a woman as senator representing the district at the senate as women deserve more opportunities in politics .”I would work to boost agriculture in Plateau South by empowering farmers .”
Prof Dadu’ut further said that she would also empower women and youths through entrepreneurship opportunities to enable them become self-reliant.
The Professor stated that her many years as a teacher had prepared her adequately for the task.

She called on women to wake up and team up with her for women to be celebrated just the way they celebrate men.
