A man identified as Ojo Joseph has been arrested by the Ondo state police command for allegedly setting his stepchildren ablaze.

The suspect set his five stepchildren ablaze after a fight with his wife and mother of the victims.

The incident happened in the Fagun area of Ondo town, Ondo State.

According to reports, Joseph set the children ablaze after pouring petrol in the room they sleep.

The suspect married the woman after she divorced the father of the victims.

They have 18-month twins who were also in the fire.
